Restaurant Artischocke in Viernheim

Since I've never been to the Artichoke, I was a bit skeptical! That changed when I entered the restaurant and read the dishes on the chalk board! Wild boar, mussels, prawns, sepia and other great dishes! I chose the mussel pan with capers, olives and cherry tomatoes as a starter and was very enthusiastic about the great taste! Toasted white bread was served with it. For the main course I ordered sepia and prawns on broccoli, potatoes and olives ..... awesome or super delicious !!! I also drank a Primitivo which also tasted great. All in all, the kitchen was great and Hanni in the service was awesome! Thank you for the great evening!!!

Small Italian restaurant (without the usual pizza), daily menu with special dishes

We were there for the first time yesterday to end the day comfortably. The steak with the potatoes was a dream. The snails with parmesan crust, plentiful and recommended. The salad with chanterelles, large portion, generously and lovingly prepared! Likewise the scampis, served in a small pan. Everything is fresh and very tasty !!!!! The restaurant has a courtyard that is quiet and inviting. The manager of the house serves her guests in a very friendly and charming way. You feel welcome and comfortable! Even with the calculation you don't get a shock 😁 We will be back. Thank you!!

The food was excellent! Both taste and appearance. Everything fresh and delicious! The vegetables were nice and crispy, the al dente pasta, the fish was great and the meat tender. The service is very friendly. The atmosphere is quiet and this is a nice place to eat relaxed. Also a very nice ambience in the courtyard. Highly recommended who likes to eat good Italian food.
